Mrs. Molla is the Project Coordinator for Balkan of the ‘Institute for Advance Studies & Cooperation’ and had worked at the Ministry of Finance and Economy, Tirana District Council, and now she works as Director at Municipality of Tirana. She is well acquainted with the financial legislation on which a government operates and with the entire executive process.
